I have extreme environmental allergies. I’ve completed allergy shot treatments during my school years, after graduating college I went through two rounds of allergy drops (sublingual immunizations), and had a daily regimen of allergy pills and nasal sprays. I love adventures outdoors but in springtime I choose to be a hermit which is hard for my extroverted self. During high pollen days, my body would have an extreme sneeze attack and it would take me over 24 hours to recover from all the drowsiness that interrupted my work and family life. I never believed or understood acupuncture but decided that it couldn’t hurt after I heard about success from another friend. Carola was amazing at educating me on the process, had a very comfortable and welcoming office environment, and cared deeply to provide hope in positive change of symptoms.
